Bearse Farm dates back to the 17th century, with records placing it among the oldest properties in the area. The farmstead was once owned by the Crown Estate and originally served as a tollbooth, collecting dues from drovers and travellers passing through the Forest of Dean.
Today the farm is a working family property, welcoming visitors who want to experience the peace, history and natural beauty of this remarkable corner of Gloucestershire.
